What it handles

The half of your job that isn't your job.

Owners lose 10+ hours a week to triage, scheduling and chasing. None of it needs you — it just needs someone who knows how you'd handle it.

Email

Triages the inbox, drafts replies in your voice, flags what only you can answer, and chases the threads that went quiet.

Calendar

Books and reschedules, defends your focus time, and hands you a one-page brief before every meeting.

Follow-ups

Catches every "I'll get back to you" and doesn't let it die. Nudges open quotes and overdue invoices on your terms.

Documents

Drafts quotes, proposals, SOPs and meeting notes in your format — straight into your Drive or SharePoint.

Records & CRM

Logs contacts and outcomes after calls so the pipeline stays honest without anyone doing data entry.

Reporting

A Monday-morning digest: what moved, what's stuck, and the three things that actually need you today.

How it's trained

Trained on your business — not off a template.

An assistant is only useful if it knows what you'd do. So we start by watching you do it.

01

We shadow you

We sit across your inbox, your calendar and one week of real work. What you handle, what you delegate, what you keep putting off.

WEEK 1
02

Your rules, your voice

We write down how you actually operate — tone, pricing rules, who gets priority, what never goes out without you — and train the assistant on it.

WEEK 1–2
03

Wire it into your tools

Connected to your own Gmail or Outlook, calendar, drive and CRM. Your accounts, your permissions, revocable any time.

WEEK 2
04

Supervised go-live

It drafts, you correct. Every correction becomes a rule. When you trust it on a task, you let it run that task unsupervised.

WEEK 3
Control

Handing an AI your inbox should feel risky.

So we build for the nervous version of you, not the enthusiastic one.

Draft-first by default

Nothing sends without you until you say so. You raise the trust level one task at a time — replies first, then bookings, then chasing.

Your accounts, your data

It works inside your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. You grant access, you can revoke it in one click, and your data isn't used to train public models.

Full audit trail

Every action it took, when, and why — visible and reversible. No black box, no wondering what it sent while you were asleep.

It learns from corrections

Fix something once and it becomes a standing rule. The assistant gets more useful every week instead of making the same mistake twice.

Australian-based

Built and supported from Melbourne. You're talking to the person who built it, not an offshore support queue.

You own it

Same promise as everything else we build. It runs on your infrastructure and it keeps running whether or not we do.

Pricing

Costs less than the hours it gives you back.

A one-off build, then a monthly fee to run and improve it. Cancel any time — you keep what we built.

Questions

The things everyone asks first.

Not unless you tell it to. Every assistant starts draft-first — it writes, you send. Once you trust it on a particular kind of message, you can let it send that kind on its own, one task at a time. You stay in control of where that line sits.
The assistant works inside your own accounts — your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your CRM, your drive. We connect to them with permissions you grant and can revoke in one click. Your business data is not used to train public AI models.
General assistants know everything except your business. Yours is trained on your clients, your pricing, your tone and your process, and it's wired into the tools you already use so it can actually do things — book the meeting, send the follow-up, draft the quote — not just talk about them.
Two to three weeks from kick-off for a typical assistant. The first week is us watching how you work, the second is building and connecting it, the third is supervised go-live where it drafts and you correct it.
A one-off setup fee to build and train it, then a monthly fee to run, monitor and improve it. Plans start from $290 per month plus setup. There's no lock-in contract — it's month to month.
Usually it takes the repetitive half of the job — triage, scheduling, chasing, first drafts — so a human can spend their time on the parts that need judgement. Most clients use it alongside their team rather than instead of it.
Every action it takes is logged and reversible, and you see the log. When it gets something wrong you correct it once and that correction becomes a rule, so it doesn't repeat the mistake.
Yes. The assistant runs on your accounts and your infrastructure, and you own everything we build. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.
Let's talk

30 minutes.
No pitch deck.

Tell us where your week goes. We'll tell you honestly whether an assistant is the fix — and exactly what it would take over first.
